"Hello, my name is Tony Ramirez from Tampa, Florida. And on behalf of Expert Village, this is "How to Write a Screenplay". Let's get started. So with page numbers, the thing to remember, if you're doing it in Microsoft Word you're going to set things up really different. If you're going to be doing things in an actual screenwriting software you're going to go in here and things will actually mark the pages for you. So this is actually a very easy thing to do. How it works, just so you understand, is your cover page will not have a number, as you can kind of see right here. There's nothing up here because of course that's not numbered at all. Now, on your first page A page number one A will also not be numbered. This is a format thing, that's all it is. If you keep going, you'll see page two. That's where the numbers actually start. It's up in the right-hand corner. It's actually a half-inch from the top. It's justified all the way to the right; and so, on page three, right here; page four and so on so on so on so on. So again, screenwriting software will actually put the numbers in there for you. This is a great way, if you're going to make changes where you need to get to a certain spot in the script of course, page numbers are just like a regular book, is a great way to mark your progress, mark what you need to change, anything like that. But again, this software, specifically - and other screenwriting software - will put the numbers in there for you. So, that's page numbers."
