"Now, there are also a series of spoken words that you can use or that you can speak, which will also help to get your tongue warmed-up. The first one is, ma, may, me moe, moo. Repeat, this time faster. Then it's, nay, nay, ne, ni, no, nu. Then say, la, lay, lee, lie, lo, lu. You want to say these, each grouping, several times, starting with, ma, may, me, my, mo, mu, Then go to, na, nay, ne, ni, no, nu, then say la, lay, lee, lie, lo, lu. I recommend that, instead of repeating the one phrase, like the 'M' phrase, may, me, my, moe, mu, but instead of doing it three or four times, which you always can, then you can jump to, na, nay, ne and then la, lay, lee. You can do them that way; however, I also recommend that you do them back-to-back. So, again, you'll do a ma, may, me, my, mo, next to a, na, nay, ne, ni, no, nu, next to a, la, lay, lee, lie, lo, lu, so that, you do them that way, as well. You can drill those as many times as you want and that will also help to warm-up your tongue."
