"Okay, now we're ready to move onto warming up the tongue. We're going to do something similar to something that we talked about earlier, but I'm going to add some stuff onto it. You want to relax that jaw, and we're going to do some different things with our tongue. We're going to go out and in, stick it out, stick it in, right and left, out, in, right, left, out, in, right, left. So you want to repeat this several times. We stick the tongue out, we bring it in, we stick it...and when I'm talking right and left, stick the tongue out, out and to the right, out and to the left. Do that 10, 15, 20 times. That's your first series of tongue warm ups. Then what you want to do is you want to make a circle with your tongue inside your mouth, and then go the other way. So you'll do a counterclockwise and a clockwise circle in your mouth with your tongue, and then you're going to stick your tongue outside of your mouth and do a clockwise circle and a counterclockwise circle. So we stick our tongue out and then we go the other way. So you've made circles inside your mouth and then you make circles outside of your mouth. That's one of your tongue warm ups."
