"OKay, now what we want to do, we want to continue working on warming up the lips so we're going to make some real crisp sounds. We're going to follow, first we're going to start with "wee." So, we're going to go, "wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee." Or you can do it a little more sing songy if you want, you can go, "wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee." It's important that you do it a little bit faster rather than a little bit slower. So, you're going to start with, "Wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee." That's your first warm-up word, you want to say it about twenty, twenty-five times. Then you want to jump over to "Waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw." That word is W-A-W. And, again what we're doing is we're moving our lips through these combinations of words in different directions so we're getting them really warmed up. So, after "wee" comes "waw" and we're going to "waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw, waw." We'll do that about twenty times or more if you want. And, then the last one, we jump back to "wee", "wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee, wee." So we've got a combination of "wee", we have a combination or a series of "waw", and then, again, a combination of "wee". At that point, if you want you can do a "wee, waw, wee, waw, wee, waw." You're going to alternate "wee" and "waw". But, you're going to have to probably work on that a little bit, it almost becomes a bit like a tongue twister, and, again, what we're looking for is getting it done. Executing it quickly. That's what will warm up the muscles."
