"Okay, now we're ready to move onto the neck and shoulders, and the first that we're going to do is we are going to trace tiny circles on the ceiling with the top of our head, alright? So imagine that you have maybe a pen, or whatever it is, on the top of your head, and you're just gently, slowly circling it as if you were drawing circles on the ceiling. You want to do this slowly and you want to go in one direction for about, maybe up to 10 counts, and then you want to reverse direction and go about 10 counts, and you're just slowly drawing circles on the ceiling. You don't want to do any forceful, side to side, cracking of any bones, even though it might feel good. You want to keep it very gentle circles, and that's the first thing that we're going to do."
