"OKay, now I'm going to give you one exercise for the jaw at this point in time. But we're going to learn a little bit more about the jaw later on. It's very important that we learn to drop our jaw, and in order to drop our jaw we have to relax the muscles in the jaw. And, most people, if they hold tension in their face, they hold it in their jaw. They grind their teeth, maybe they have TMJ, whatever it is, but it's very important that we release that tension in the jaw. So, you know you've ever seen the people and maybe they just automatically have a dropped jaw, they kind of look like. (demo) OKay, I want you to do that now. And, you almost might have to force it down. Because we hold our jaws so tight, and we speak with such a clenched jaw, sometimes we, at first, almost have to force that mouth that open it jaw down. And then I want you to stick your tongue out. Just the points of your tongue stick it out then let it go. Keep that jaw open, tongue goes out, in. Out and in, back and forth. Do that slowly, about ten times and that's going to start helping to release that jaw muscle."
