"OKay, now we're going to work on the top part of the face which, you know, a lot of people really, people hold their tension in different places. Some people hold it into their forehead, so we need to get this part of our head, which is where one of our resonators is, we need to get it loose, we need to get it free, and we need to get it relaxed. And, the best way to do this is, first, to furrow your brows. You know, like you're really, really angry and really furrowing my brow and then I let it go. And then I do it again and then I let it go. You want to repeat this, oh maybe five times, maybe six times. And then what we want to do is we want to raise our eyebrows. Raise them up, let them go. Up, let them go. Up, let them go. Again, about six times. And, if you really want to get good and warm, or maybe you just want to shake things up a little bit, you can go up and then you can go down, and then you can go up and then you can go down. Just make sure that you release after each one. Don't go from straight up to straight down. Go up, release it, and go down, and release it. And then repeat about six times."
