"OKay, the first thing we want to do are exercises for the facial muscles. Now, actually, you may know this, you may not know this, but we hold a tremendous amount of tension in our faces. And, in order for us to speak properly we can't have tension in our faces. So, one of the first things that I always recommend that you do is you take your hands and you rub a lot of heat in your hands. Get your hands nice and warm, you might want to wash your hands before you do this activity and then just press around on your face. Just kind of like massaging your face. And, if it hurts you probably have a whole lot of tension in your face. But we want to kind of just massage that out and get those facial muscles moving and start getting them relaxed. After you've done that for maybe a minute, we want to start in the center of the face and just wrinkle your nose. Wrinkle your nose around as much as you can and get the middle of your face. Because we didn't really massage our noses, but you know, we focused on the other areas of the face. So, you want to kind of get your nose like a rabbit, move it around and get all of those muscles going."
