"Okay now that we've learned how to flap and hopefully practiced it another thing I like to show you which is also known as a traveling step meaning it gets you from point A to point B much like a flap can. This is flap combine with ball change which I showed you before so a flap change goes like this brush, step that's your flap, ball change so the ball change comes from the opposite foot. For example, I'm starting on the right foot flap ball change on the left, now this freeze up your left foot to do the exact same thing over on the opposite side. So once you started on the right you've got your flap ball change now your left, flap ball change and this will help you travel across the room if your want to practice it that way or you can take really really tiny ball change steps and just practice it standing in one place, like that."
