"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Talia Castro-Pozo, and I'm Jules Helm. And we're here in New York City at Stepping Out Studios, teaching you Night Club Salsa. So now we're going to demonstrate and open break into an under arm turn. The open break is really what allows the couples to go from a closed position into an open position. And generally, that means that something is a bout to happen. Whether its a right turn or a different figure of move demonstrated. So we're going to demonstrate from closed position, basic step. One, two, three, five, six, seven, one. The leader lowers the hand and we go into what we call the back break, open break, into open position and then we'll take it into a right turn. We're ready to try that again. The open break is a great linking step as Talia said, so, here we go. One, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, break, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven, one. We'll come from another angle. Five, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, five, six, seven, one, two, three, five."
