"On behalf of expert village my name is Tahlia Castro-Pozo and I am Jules Helm. We're here in New York City at Stepping out Studios teaching New York Night Club Salsa. So next up, we're going to do the left turn. Here is the way it looks. First, just taking our basic quick quick slow. So we've got this front break and the back break. We're going to use the front break as our preparation. We're rotating to the left and then doing a little walk around turn in the back of it. Watching again, we have our front break which prepares us, unwind that, and then walk around to the front break. Again, here's your back break, rotating to prepare, and finish it out. Now, here's the way this works. Leaders and follows can all do this turn. Leaders leading, as I said before. This can come from a closed position or more commonly from the two-hand hold. But, we are going to take it first from the closed position. So, we have our basic quick, quick, slow. During the leaders back break, I'm going to prepare to wind her up just a touch and then rotate her around. Now, if I want to do this myself, I am going to take my front break and rotate around. One more time with two-hand hold and there's your left turn."
