I'm Teddy Kern at Dance Manhattan in New York City and this is Heather Gehring and Lou Brock and we've been teaching Foxtrot. So the great fun of dancing is twirling. We all want to twirl and we, of course as ladies, get to twirl the most. So the promenade, which you already learned, the promenade traveling sideways has a little easy, simple, underarm turn. Very slowly if you would. This is slow, turn slow, face your partner, quick, quick. Let's reverse that again Heather, back to begin again. Okay, Heather's turning on the two slow steps, slow, slow, now she's facing her partner exactly, face to face with him, her body has completely returned to dance position to finish, quick, quick. Once more, Heather can you do that by yourself? This is called underarm and this is the lady's part of the underarm turn, in three steps. One, two, three, close. That's slow, slow, quick, quick. Do it very quickly if you would. Underarm turn with Heather, this is underarm turn, promenade, close. Slow, face your partner again, slow, slow, and stop. That's so beautiful, it's so much fun to twirl, we all like to look at when we Foxtrot and I hope you enjoyed that.
