"I'm Teddy Kern at Dance Manhattan in New York City and this is Heather Gehring and Lou Brock and we've been teaching Foxtrot. So the way you travel then incorporates the need to travel in to and out of a corner and be able to avoid obstacles. So, Lou and Heather are going to demonstrate doing the zig zag, which is your basic traveling method, slow or quick, depending on what rhythm Lou chooses and when he sees an obstacle or a corner, maybe it's me, he's going to do a left Rock Turn to avoid something. So let Lou, let's travel doing a zig zag basic Fox Trot, here we go. Slow, Slow, quick, quick. Slow, Slow, oops something is in the way, rock turn, quick, quick, rock turn, and travel again. Slow, slow, back to traveling zag, slow, slow, obstacle, slow, slow, travel again, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, and beautiful."
