I'm Teddy Kern at Dance Manhattan in New York City and this is Heather Gehring and Lou Brockman and we will be teaching foxtrot. Foxtrot is a dance consider very rhythm, very many that it doesn't stay the same. All the time and rhythm is the beat of the music so the beat of the music change and the rhythm that the dancers choose to dance to can very from slow to quick to very fast or can be very slow depending on the nature of the music how fast it is or slow it is and how really clever the dancers are. But it can be danced very fast or very slow and can be combined throughout one song. Depending on how the music was written. So it is great fun, it is also really challenging in many ways it is one of the most difficult but one of the most delightful American ballroom dances.
