"Hi! My name is Teri Lynne and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment we are going to show you how to do a mime ladder. How to climb one. So again like everything else in mime you really want to specifically picture the ladder. Is it wooden? Is it metal? Aluminum? Is it an old rickety one? Is it sturdy? How dangerous is it? How high is it? And where you climbing to? So once you've made all those decisions, as an actor in your head, you want to approach the ladder. You can do this one of two ways. You can grab it by the sides. Just as if you were climbing it. Some people prefer to use the rungs. I like the rung look. I think it looks a little specific. I usually picture a wooden ladder. So, I have my rounded rungs. Actually, I'm going to go a little higher. Take a higher rung. You take a step and as I'm stepping, I'm also moving down my arms as well. You can do it again, like I said you can use the rungs. You can take, bigger steps. As your getting higher up on the ladder, you might want to show that you're, maybe it's not so stable. You might want to look down to show you're pretty high up. Looking up is really good too. You can add all these things as you get better at the skill. Looking up, then looking down as you take the step. Well looks like I'm at the top of the ladder. So I guess we are done with this segment. "
