"Hi, my name is Terri Lynne and I am here on behalf of Expert Village and in this segment we're going to be talking about getting a good nights sleep before that big audition.David: They are undefeated! There's no way the Jets are going to beat them. They have the best quarterback. David, what are you doing? Hands down the best quarterback. What are you doing? I was on the phone. It's 12:30 at night. You've got an audition tomorrow. You should be in bed. It's very important to get a proper nights sleep before you head into that audition the next day. If you're tired, you're not going to look your best. You're not going to feel your best and that's going to show on camera and in person. It's very important to try to relax. I know you might be nervous and it might be hard to get to sleep so maybe take a hot bath or take a long walk or drink a nice cup of warm milk before you go to bed...anything that'll help you relax and get you into that state of mind so you can have a great nights sleep."
