"Hi, I'm Terri Lynn and this is David O'Donnell and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment, we're gong to show you how to keep your resume and head shot updated. So David, do you have a recent head shot and resume for me? Absolutely, yeah, this is my high school picture, I mean it looks exactly like I did when I graduated. That was fifteen years ago. Yeah, give or take. Here's the thing, it's really important that you have an updated photo of yourself. As you're getting new jobs, add those to your resume, keep it full, and try to take off some of the old stuff, some of the amateur stuff and all that grade school stuff. It's not necessary on a professional resume."
