"Hi, I'm Terri Lynn and this is David O'Donnell and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment, we're gong to show you how to keep your resume and head shot updated. So David, do you have a recent head shot and resume for me? Absolutely, yeah, this is my high school picture, I mean it looks exactly like I did when I graduated. That was fifteen years ago. Yeah, give or take. Here's the thing, it's really important that you have an updated photo of yourself. If you change your hairdo or hair color, it's very important, you cut your hair off or grow it long, they need to have the most updated, most recent picture of you available. Let's see your resume here. David, you've got stuff on here from 1987. Well, I, you know, I was just trying to get ahead. Try to have the most recent updated resume. As you're getting new jobs, add those to your resume, keep it full, and try to take off some of the old stuff, some of the amateur stuff and all that grade school stuff. It's not necessary on a professional resume."
