"The best way to tell when the neck is adjusted is by looking down the neck from the headstock in. And, you want to look down the edge of the neck. Basically, from the die of the neck all the way down. You should be able to see the dip or the hump in the neck. And, if you see one or the other that's where you want to adjust that screw. And, you can look at either side of the neck to see that dip or that hump. Another way to see if your neck needs adjustment or gauge how that adjustment is going while you're adjusting it, is to press on the first fret and the last fret of the guitar. And, then pressing down to see the movement of the string in between those frets. You should see just a little bit of a dip, so that the string is actually moving and it's not really hitting any of those frets in there. And, this neck looks like it's adjusted pretty much where it needs to be with all the strings moving down just a little bit as I press in between those two fretted strings. So, this one is not going to need any adjustment."
