"Hi, I'm Shaun Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to learn the basics in rock drumming. I like to call it "Rock Drumming 101 - The Basics". So now that we know how to count, to four. Good for you. Umm, we're going to not snap on two and four anymore. We're going to move it to the snare drum. So this is the fun part. We can start making some noise. So, we're not snapping, we're actually playing the snare drum on beats two and four. Now remember, always count out loud, that helps. I still count out loud during shows. You've got to, you're a drummer. You've got to stay on the beat. So let's start counting. One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Let's add in the snare drum. One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Just think about it when you're at a concert and you're watching the show and the bands playing, you always clap when we, when the drummer hits the snare drum, you know. So, think of it in that set. One, two, three, four. You're half way home to playing a basic drum beat. So, let's keep going."
