"Hello my name is Shoshana Cook I'm with Expert Village and today I will be talking about tips on learning and playing classical music. I don't know there is a certain brand of piano that is better then any other brand. But it all depends on what you like. I like a very bright sound in my piano so I just play all the different brands until I found that one. No matter if you like it brighter or a little darker, you can find brighter dark in every brand pretty much. So you just play around whatever store you are looking at to find the piano that works for you. I started with a short spinet piano which is like a upright by smaller. It only stands about this high off of the ground just a little higher than a keyboard. Then you have your studio piano which is a little taller and your upright which I'm sure we are all familiar with that, they are the really big ones. Once I started entering competitions my parents bought a grand piano because they can take a little more pounding for those big fast, hard, energetic songs. "
