The next pattern we will show you is that double handhold left side pass. We start and one, two, three, and one, two, three. As you can see the leader wants to make sure the hands gets lifted up close together. And one. Up over the followers head switching places. And we?ll come back the same way we went. And one. Up over the followers head, down. Make sure again that you use the back break. And then you make sure that you clearly switch places. And, and one, two, three. Back break two three . As little effort as possible. Followers have to relax their arms and their shoulders. So that the leader can easily lift the arms over the head. We?ll show you this again.
