"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Spencer Weisbond and this is my lovely partner Jessie Pats. I'm with Hop, Swing and Jump Dance Studios which was founded in NYC and is now based in New Orleans, Louisiana. We're showing you the Lindy hop. The next move is the good old standard which is called the helicopter, which starts with this hand position which is called a hand shake that you can simply grab her hand and change hands. What's going to happen is as I step forward I'm going to face her, she's going to face out and I touch her back with my left hand. On the next step she's going to turn in and I'm going to turn out and she touches my back with her hand, you repeat step step step step step step step step. The way that you get out is when you the leader are touching her back, you simply lead her into an underarm turn and get rid of her hand and grab it the way it was. This is what the exit looks like and remember it's when I'm touching the followers back while I attempt to get out, that looks like this (dancing)."
