On behalf of Expert Village I'm Spencer Weisbond from Hop Swing and a Jump. Hop Swing and a Jump is located in New Orleans, Louisiana and this is my lovely partner Jessie Pats. Today we'll be showing you Lindy Hop level 2. Our next variation will be using the same swing out that we just with an outside turn but we'll be doing something that is called quick stop. A quick stop is a break or stopping the beat of your dancing that represents the stop or a beat in the music which you are hitting. We'll use this swing out as an example of that, that is going to go like this 1 2 3 and 4 5 6 7 hold 8. What I'm doing here is I'm anchoring her and I'm giving her a rope to hang on, what's happening that is different from the last swing out is here when we're on 4 I step 5 that's the same, I step 6 that's the same. When I get here to 7 faster and I hold her there and she feels it right here so she can put her full weight on this arm. Let's look at it at full speed 1 2 3 and 4 5 6 7 hold 8.
