"In this example, I'm using plate reverb again, and I'm going to use it in a finger style, and that's a classical style. And what I like to do is oftentimes at least on a three way selector switch, I like to bring it up to the out of phase where it's using the bridge and the neck pickup to do finger style type bangs, and with the plate reverb it'll sound really good as far as again, for a thickening purpose and give it just a nice little texture to your tone. In this case I'm going to go. And what I'm doing there from a playing standpoint is starting on F and then keeping a G and B open strings, and then A. And my finger picking pattern is pinching here, and the second-third finger on the B, moving it up to G, and then play E minor, back to F, and to B minor with the open, with an open G and D, and the ending on C. And just a series on pinches with a little simple finger style pattern utilizing open strings. So, up to speed. But the point being, with the reverb--without it, it sounds like that. With the reverb it'll sound like this. So when you're using the reverb, especially with finger styling, it's a very nice addition to your tone."
