"This example, what I'm going to do is a G chord. Which, is up here. This is the same as D, but just slide it up to the seventh fret. So, your first finger on the seventh fret G. Third finger on the B string, the eighth fret. Second finger on the seventh fret on the high E. And, if you listen, it's just another G major chord shape just starting on the seventh fret. And, what I'm going to do here is just play a basic rhythm and intermittently putting in my pinky on the eighth fret to give it a nice little flavor with the wah effect. And, with the drum beat it will sound like this. So, what I'm doing there for the most part is just going. But, with the wah effect it gives it almost a different timing sound to it. But, except I'm again just going kind of boom B with my foot pedal with the drums so. And, then bringing a slower sweep up for the emphasis when I'm adding the extra note there. So you know just take a nice simple idea like that, that you can use by itself or with another rhythm. And, it will sound nice with the wah effect over the drums."
