"Ok, in this example I'm going to play over a different drum track again a kind of a basic drum track with a little more oomph to it. And a what I'm going to do here is show some more percussive type rhythms playing clean over a basic drum beat to give you some basic ideas a, how you can play several different styles and techniques and so forth over a basic drum beat. So what I'm going to do here is do a C Major chord with an added G and D, very commonly used. And a, what I'm going to be playing is going, and what I'm basically doing there is going, just a rapid down, up motion. And then doing some scrapes to keep my timing together and also add another percussive element to the rhythm going, and the later half after the scrapes what I'm doing is going kind of up stroke. Down with the scrape and then up again playing the chord so with the drum beat will sound like this. And so what you get there is a nice percussive strum in there and C over a nice simple drum beat."
