"37.In this example, I am going to show you a B minor and A minor progression using a funk feel and using some percussive scraps and muting techniques and also adding an alternate melody line. And with the drums, it sounds like this. (Music playing) Okay, what I did there essential was begin playing at the seventh fret in my B minor and added a more funk strum. So I was going (Music Playing) and throw in some scraps in there right before I started my melody line. So I went (Music Playing) and did the exact something when I slide down to the A minor. (Music playing) And then ended with B minor. So, essentially what I was doing there was a little bit of strumming, as far as actually playing the cord. So basically, (Music Playing), kind of like that. And then the same on the A minor. So, again, it’s a variation of playing with the alternate melody line and adding some different strum and muting technique."
