"In this example what I'm going to do a, using actually a more Bluesier kind of a example is playing a very common Blues lick played over a basic rhythm. And a, usually it's used to kind of segway into the next part and what I'm going to be doing is going, and what I'm doing there is using a harmonized chord with a, just picking through it with a open B string in it. So going, staring on the fourth fret on the G and the E strings. And then have the open B in the middle and then on walking it down chromatically third fret, second fret and then doing a hammer on. Open G to the first fret and the open B and E and then doing a walk up open first fret, second fret and making what's called a B7 chord which is second fret A string, first fret D string, third finger on the second fret G and fourth finger on the high E leaving the B open so with the drums it'll sound like this. Again over a simple beat you can do a more Bluesy a, base type a, lick over a simple drum beat."
