"Another very common old school lick utilizing hammer ons and pull offs used by many famous guitarists back in seventies and eighties particularly was the lick basically based on the A where you pick on the G. You would four, two and then pick, you would pick the first note of each string. D string four two O. And then four, two, on the A string and ending on A. So played quickly would be. And if you're higher volume sometimes you could just free hand it. You got to try and look cool on the stage or something. Me, I prefer to pick it you know so every, you know, when you're hitting any bad or have any ringing tones and have more control over it. So I would like go. And actually going. You're killing the note as soon as I pick it. And where you're only hearing each string and it?s very clean and sounds much better executed."
