"Thomaska is showing you Mambo checks. Two and three, four and one, two and three, four and one. The steps are left foot forward, after you have turned a quarter to the right. Left foot forward, right foot in place, then close left foot to right foot, turning back towards the front. Now right foot forward, turning one quarter to the left. Now, left foot in place, and close right foot to left foot, turning back towards the front. So once more, it's left foot forward, right foot in place, close left foot to right foot. Right foot forward, left foot in place, close right foot to left foot. Two and three, four and one, two and three, four and one, two and three, four and one, two and three, four and one. If you're stepping forward with your left foot, just straighten your left knee, and the right knee should go towards your left knee. And the left foot is one the whole foot, and the foot that is one the back, you lift up your heels. So this is how a Check looks. And to the other side it's the same, but the right foot is straightened, the right knee is straight, and the left knee is bended towards the right knee."
