"I'm Sarolta Eke, hi my name is Tamas Kassey we are on behalf of Expert Village we are going to show you how to dance foxtrot. Now we are showing you back rock lock in foxtrot when you are dancing with a partner. We start in a close position, the man is going backwards, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow. The last step is a outside partner position once more slow, quick, quick, slow. Let me start in a close position the first step is inside we are keeping the close position. In the next step that man should open his right shoulder, then when we are crossing we keep this position, the next step is a right shoulder lean for men this is the step for the outside position. This is how the ladies move in a outside position which is the last step. In the outside position you should always keep your body, the front of your body towards each other which can be made by turning the hips. So we are keeping together slow, turn the shoulder and the outside partner. Slow, quick, quick, slow, slow. And now we can show you with music slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow."
