Ladies traveling backwards when it's a man's forward lock so the step would be slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, once more slow, quick, quick, slow, slow. From here to slow, quick, quick, slow, slow. The foot positions for this step left foot back, right foot back, with right shoulder lead, left foot crosses in from the right foot, right foot back, and then left foot back. You should use cbmp here you should use a cbmp a cultural body movement position so when your left leg is stepping backwards, just turn your right should towards you left leg.
