The ladies step in foxtrot the forward rock the forward rock starts backwards for the lady with right foot it looks like this. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick and once more slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick and I repeated these steps 3 times and it that time I have to turn one circle around. The foot work for this step is right foot back, transfer weight back on left foot, right foot to side, close left foot to right foot and once more right foot back, transfer weight to right/left foot sorry, right foot to side, close left foot to right foot. So it's back, transfer weight, side and close. The foot technique of these step it's toe, heel, heel, toe, heel, toe, heel, toe, heel, toe, toe, heel, toe, heel, heel, toe, toe, heel. I will show you how to dance this to music slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick. Once more slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick. You can turn more or make the rock turn continuously as you would like slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow,slow, quick, quick.
