We are going to teach you how to dance Waltz. So the next figure we are going to learn is the continuation of whisk. This was the whisk, and the next figure is cross hesitation which looks like this, 1-2-3. Once more please, from the end of whisk, it's 1-2-3. The foot positions of this step would be right foot forward and across, left foot is closing to over its right foot without weight and the third step would stay the same. Okay, the foot technique would be heel, then stay on your heels, left foot inside of your toe and stay that way on the third step. The rise and fall is a bit interesting because there is a rise and fall, but not in your feet but only in body, which is called no foot rise. So the feet are not rising, only rise from your knees. Just straighten your knees a little bit and that will mean you are going to rise a little. So the first step is no foot rise, just go up a bit and then at the end of 3 go down once more with your knees. Let's try it, thank you. 1-2-3, 1-2-3, once more 1-2-3. 2 and 3 is very slow, you have a lot of time.
