"We are going to teach you how to dance Waltz. We are showing you how to dance this together with our partner. The hold is the same as we showed you in the basic step. In this step the whisk looks like this, 1-2-3. Once more, it's 1-2-3. What is important, is that the man should lead the lady here. So when you start this figure, then the lady should always wait for the man's impulse so that he is starting to lead her. I'm not moving until he's moving. It's 1-2-3 and the other thing which is important is the promenade position you saw at the end of this figure. We'll show you once more and we will stop there. It's 1-2-3, this position is called promenade position, which means that both our heads are looking forward. Our legs are cross, but what is still important is the lady should never go before the man. She should always stay behind the man. So if you see our legs here, the lady's leg the thigh should always be behind the man's right thigh and this way you can always stay closer to each other. Now we are going to show you how to dance this to music. 1-2-3; once more 1-2-3 and once more 1-2-3. 1-2-3; 1-2-3; 1-2-3."
