"Hello I am Sarolta Eke. Hello I'm Tamas Kassai, we are here on behalf of Expert Village. We are going to teach you how to dance Waltz. I am going to show you the reverse turn for lady. So it's 123223323423. The foot positions are right foot back, left foot to side, close right foot to left foot. Then, left foot forward, right foot to side and close left foot to right foot. The foot technique for this dance is toe heel, toe, toe heel, heel toe, toe, toe heel. The rise and fall for this step is go down on step 1, on step 2 begin to rise, continue to rise on 3 and at the end of 3 lower. Commence to rise at end of 1, continue to rise on 2, continue to rise on 3 and lower on end of 3. Also the lady can turn the step to the left. I will show you how to do this, it's 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2--3-4-2-3. At first you can practice it with less turn, you can do it as many times as you want. It's very easy to do it if you start with the basic 2-2-3 and then just start to turn it a little bit all the time and you can turn it more and more as you go along and finally you can turn quarters like that. Let's see this to music, 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3 turning to the left 2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3; 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3, turning once more to the left 2-2-3-3-2-3, always listen to the music."
