"We are going to teach you how to dance Waltz, the progressive step with partner. We are going to show you how to dance with partner the progressive walk in Waltz. So the hold should be, we stand in front of each other and my right leg go between my partner's both feet. So I am on the right side of the man and then he is taking my left shoulder blade with his right hand, my left hand should be on his shoulder and on the other side he holds my right hand in his left and the heads should look to the left. We are turning back now and we will show you how to dance this step together. It's 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3; 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3; 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3; 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3. Don't forget to stand straight and your spine should be straight and lift your heads up all the time and you will do just fine."
