We are going to teach you how to dance Waltz, the progressive step for lady. It's 1-2-3-2-2-3-3-2-3-4-2-3. The foot positions for this step is left foot back, right foot to side, close left foot to right foot and right foot back, left foot to side and close right foot to left foot. Once more left foot back, right foot to side, close left foot to right foot, right foot back, left foot to side, close right foot to left foot. The foot technique of this step is toe heel, toe, toe heel, toe heel, toe, toe heel. Once more toe heel, toe, toe heel, toe heel, toe, toe heel. The rise and fall of this step is down, then commence to rise at the end of two, close the foot still commencing to rise and then go down. Down, begin to rise, continue to rise and then down.
