"Now I'm going to show the circular patterns but there is the movement of the whole wrist. And the body bendings are very important. For example, when this hand goes, the body bends this way. And then from the waist it comes like this. And then it goes from the shoulder and then it goes on your head like this. And then it combines, make a circle. These are the patterns. Goes this way and the shoulder. And the head and combines here. So this is very, very important. The flow of the body lines, bending, comes. And it goes like this. One, two, three, four. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four. Five, six, seven, eight. Ta, Tai, Tai, Tat. Aa, Tai, Tai, Tat. Ta, Tai, Tai, Tat. Aa, Tai, Tat, Tat, Tai, Tai."
