" So here is another set of just real basic rhythms to learn to get those three tones. I am thinking about relaxing while I'm doing this. Let me show you that one more time. You can make up your own. What I am doing is I am trying to hit each of the three playing zones. Every, you know, fourth to sixth beat, I am trying to basically go one and two and three and four and one and two and three and four… and I am just varying where my hands are and I am just trying to get relaxed and play a constant easy rhythm hitting all three zones so I used to it. "
