"RYAN LARSON: Now we're going to go over our next two measures. And we'll do the chords again first. So, we have D minor and that reference is out of C major, right? It is always a letter above the scale, so C, D, right? It's the second note in the scale. D minor is out of C major. E7 comes out of A major or if you just search for E7 in "my first fake book", it will come up. And then F major, just search for F major in "my first fake book." And those are your next set of chords. And you don't have to get to C7. If you're just really impatient you want to just get these two chords, that's cool, too. And again, you will use the D minor again here. You will see your E flat major again here. So, we're going to look up about 6 or 7 chords today, so don't get frustrated. And then our melody line here is a 3, 2, 3, natural 4, 5, to 7, 6. So, if we look at the keyboard, we have 3, 2, 3 and this is our 4 but we made it a natural, so we have a B, right; 2, 3, 4, natural 4, 5, 7, 6. So, when you put it with the chords, you have this. Here's your D minor chord: 6 or 3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 6. That sounds very pretty. Again, we have our D minor chord, 1, 3, 5 and 7, with our 3 melody line. And those are your next two measures of our tune in F major."
