"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory here in New York City. I'm Ray Davis from the Blade Academy also in New York City and we are here to bring you Boogaloo. Now we are going to start to what is called the forward glide. Again you want to create that illusion, that illusion that you are just floating across the floor, floating across the floor. So again it is going to be a shift of the weight, a shift of the weight. Now remember all the weight has to go on one leg so the other one can flow smoothly. Watch and see. Now remember to observe how the foot is not touching the ground. All his weight is going to that other leg. All the weight goes on to the other leg and again you just keep practicing it and practicing it and eventually you would see how to balance your own weight and develop that strength that you need. "
