"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory here in NYC. Today we're going to bring you reggae dance hall moves. Now with the clips that you just seen on hip hop dance hall, has specified foundations. It's a style of dancing that has several movements, that all have names and all have movement quality and vocabulary. So we're going to start you off with just five different ones foundational movements that started off danceb hall and to where it's come today. We're going to start off with an old school one called the bogle, watch. (dancing) If you pay attention, that's a wave coming all the way down your body, all the way down and you can groove with this. You don't have to make it look a specific way. You can groove with it nice and simple nice and easy."
