Video Transcript

"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory here in NYC. Today we're going to bring you reggae dancehall moves. Now that you have done that now, we're going to move on to the four point line, where it's just forward right back left observe. (dancing) Back left tilt forward right tilt back tilt left tilt forward tilt right back left. Remember you want to make sure that you are isolating the pelvis at that point. Now you're going to do that on both sides, so again you always want to reverse it for the same amount of time that you did the other one. After you done that, then you can break it down into an actual line and circular circular, you're doing the same exact movement it's just circular now and you do that on both sides."
