"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory here in NYC. Today we're going to bring you reggae dance hall moves. So now we just did those chest isolations the side to side and then front to back. We're going to do what is called a four point chest isolation and that's just forward to the right to the back to the left, then forward to the right to the back to the left, watch. (dancing) To the right to the back to the left so you're taking the two that you just did before and you're mixing them together. Make sure that you do them on both sides so you reverse it from rock point to left back right point left back right, then you can smooth it out, smooth it out. Observe how the shoulders still they release back but they're not being engaged in that exercise."
