"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory. These are our dancers from the hip hop dance conservatory and we are going to teach you how to pop. So the next one that we are going to do is we are actually take the body and we are going to do a full body pop. So we work, remember we work everything we went through the arms, from the arms we want to the chest, from the chest we moved down to the legs. Now the next thing we are going to do is a full body pop. The full body pop is going to look like this. You want to put your legs shoulder length apart. Remember popping is about relaxation, it is not about holding on to the tension. If you hold on to the tension, then the pop never happens. You have to release it. So your full body pop is really simple you want to take every muscle and you just contract and release very quickly. So 5,6,7, and 8, whole body, 5,6,7 and hit, again and 5,6,7, and hit. One more time and 5,6,7, and hit. "
