"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory. These are our dancers from the hip hop dance conservatory and we are going to teach you how to pop. The one thing you want to do coming from the L contraction is that you make sure that you do them in session. So you want to do about 8 counts, rest and then 8 counts again rest and 8 counts again rest. Eventually build up to doing 16 from 16 you move up to 32. Keep moving up going higher and higher. The objective is you want to make the pop nice and strong. In order we do that, you want to make sure that you are practicing all the time every single day. Next we are going to move into what is called Fresno, Fresno. The reason it is called Fresno is it comes from Fresno, California. So we are going to do that so again we are 1,2,1,2, pop, pop. Make sure your arms are fully extend pop. It is not like this. Don't do that as some of our beginners would do you don't want to do that you just want to extend pop, extend, pop, extend, pop, Fresno, pop."
