"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory. These are our dancers from the hip hop dance conservatory and we are going to teach you how to pop. So remember you start with your popping press and that you want to break that down to 8 counts to 4 counts to 2 counts to 1 count. Again it is the same thing it is a breathing exercise and remember this is creating tension you want to create tension. So you want to muscle up and make sure that arm you want to feel it, you want to feel in your arm. As you remember that popping is actually that is more relax cause you are going to tense it for a second and then let go, tense, and then let go. We are going to do a couple of more exercise we are going to do L contractions. So you are just going to bring your arms up and make a muscle. Err make a muscle and you are going to release it, make sure your hands are loose and you are going to pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. "
