So you are switching legs different times. Notice how I get my legs up, now we are going to turn to the front and speed it up. 6,7,8, run, run, run, run, run, run. Side, back, side, and we are back to the front. Watch how he does it, watch how this arms and body works together to make this movement look nice and smooth. He looks like dancer really light on the feet and this my friends is giving them a run.
