"So the next movement that you are going to go into is called prom. So again the next thing you want to do is you want to make sure everything is relaxed. Make sure that the arms are relaxed. Make sure that your body flows with this and watch as Robert and Ray demonstrate the high position of prom. This next movement is called the prom. Pay attention to it playful in the arms, really light on the feet. So slowly the feet are right left, right left, right left, right left, right left. Now let your body go from side to side while the arms are swinging. So it is very important to keep this groove during the movement. You don't have to fan across you can do it just like this shake your body, tap tap, shake your body. Take it around a circle. Back it up so it can be a really light push or a strong push. Watch the feet again from the side. This is our prom. "
